In order to protect the rights and interests of our customers, our company formulated this Returns/Exchanges Policy. In the case of any change in operation procedure, our company reserves the right for modifying this policy.

1. Returns Policy (exclude mobile phone):
You should provide Returns Application Form, copy of ID and returned product/s (which can be resold) to Tenfu Tenmax within 30 days of your successful payments (including payment day). After the consent of examine and approval of company, the return can be processed.
(1) All personal bonus and incomes which generated by the product/s you want to return will be deducted in returned fund.
(2) Product/s purchased by Bonus and Auto-points cannot be returned.
(3) All business invoice issued by purchasing product/s and gifts should be returned while you return the product/s.
(4) Return period of Set order is according to the date of mobile phone (if this set order contains mobile phone), please return whole set of products, and do not separate a Set.
(5) Lot number and production date of returned product/s should accord with the product/s you purchased. And the returned product/s should be unopened, undamaged and can be resold.
(6) When all return applications are completed, refund will be transfer to your account within 30 working days. 
(7) When you return product/s, you also abandon right of business automatically. And you cannot be the member again within 6 months.
(8) All rights and interests of member will be stopped while you apply return product/s, and all profit losses will not return.


2. Exchanges Policy (exclude mobile phone)
You should provide Exchanges Application Form and the product/s which can be resold returned to Tenfu Tenmax within 30 days of your successful payments (including payment day). After the consent of examine and approval of company, the exchange can be processed.
(1) Product/s purchased by Bonus can't be exchanged.
(2) Exchange period of Set order is according to the date of mobile phone (if this set order contains mobile phone)(within 15 days of sign-in day), please return whole set of products, and do not separate a Set.
(3) When you exchanging the product/s, please return all gifts which sent with purchasing product/s.
(4) Lot number and production date of exchanged product/s should accord with the product/s you purchased. And the exchanged product/s should be unopened, undamaged and can be resold.
(5) Two-way express fees should be paid by member.
(6) Handling charge for exchanging is $ 10 each time.
(7) PV of exchanging product/s must larger than original order's , i.e. PV of exchanging product/s ≥ PV of original product/s.
(8) If the price of exchanging product/s is larger than original order's, you have to pay the difference, if the price of exchanging product/s is less than original order's, the difference will not return.


3. Returns/Exchanges operational guideline
Step one: log on Membership System – Home Page > Communication > Document Download, download Returns/Exchanges Application Form.
Step two: fill Returns/Exchanges Application Form, and then confirm and sign. Upload the application form to message board of Membership System and send message on it.
Message board: log on Membership System > Communication > Message, upload scanning copy and send it.
Step three: after the confirmation of Customer Service, you can post the returned product/s to HQ of Tenfu Tenmax. If you post the returned product/s to HQ without the confirmation of Customer Service, the product/s will be rejected. All relative losses and responsibilities should be undertaken by you.

Post Statement
(1) When you post the product/s, you have to write your name. Contact information must be real and available. Even if other people help you post the product/s, he/she should write your name. Tenmax received returned product/s according to member's name. If the name is unmatched, the product/s will be rejected. All relative losses and responsibilities should be undertaken by you.
(2) You have to pay the express fee in advance while you return the product/s. otherwise Tenfu Tenmax refuses to received and handle. 
(3) If the express company can't deliver the returned product/s to the address of Tenfu Tenmax. This will lead to the product/s stay in express company. Therefore, all losses or delay should be undertaken by you.


5. Returns/Exchanges Policy for mobile phone
(1) Return mobile phone/s: you can apply return mobile phone/s within 7 days from the day you received mobile phone/s (including the day), the screen of mobile phone/s can’t be scratched and the mobile phone/s can’t be damaged by human factors.
Notice: returned mobile phone must be delivered to Tenfu Tenmax within 7 days from the day you submit the application form (including the day). You should pay the express fee.
(2) Exchange mobile phone/s: you can apply exchange mobile phone/s within 15 days from the day you received mobile phone/s (including the day), the screen of mobile phone/s can’t be scratched and the mobile phone/s can't be damaged by human factors.
Notice: You should pay the two-way express fee.
(3) If the express company can't deliver the returned mobile phone/s to the address of Tenfu Tenmax. This will lead to the mobile phone/s stay in express company. Therefore, all losses or delay should be undertaken by you.
